How to Make the Perfect Mojito!

I love summertime so much... the beach, wearing cute dresses, warm sun on my face, BBQs, smell of oil and suntan lotion, laying out with my girlfriends and a cocktail.

This past summer we made a lot of Mojitos. YUM! They are easy to make and extremely refreshing.

You'll need...

1 Ltr Club Soda

1 Bottle Clear Bacardi

Sugar Syrup or Sugar in the Raw

Limes

Fresh Mint Leaves

Muddler

Put 1 Tbs sugar into the bottom of your glass with 10-13 leaves of mint. Add Bacardi (depending on how strong you want it, but I usually do a shot and a half) and muddle. You'll want to do this until your leaves are broken down into small pieces. Add a piece of lime and muddle again. Fill glass with ice, top off with the club soda, and stir. Insert a straw and Enjoy!!
